The house is divided into 3 floors, as soon as you open the gate we find a small garden, entering the house we have a living area with kitchenette (where there is a good quality double sofa bed), a bathroom, a small fitness area, a double bedroom with a second en suite bathroom. On the second mezzanine floor we have a second double bedroom. Going up the stairs we arrive on the roof of the house where there is a terrace with barbeque to eat or sunbathe and relax. Throughout the house there is a very fast fiber optic WI-FI connection, Smart TV with the use of NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO, air conditioning, heating, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher.
